JCG Technologies, Inc., Employee Referral Program provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for “difficult to fill” positions.  The career positions included in the program are: 
Lead Systems Architect, Bachelor's deg. in CS, Engg. or related & 5 yrs.
Exp.: Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology and DCO Tool. Lead information technology teams in design, implementation and support of PegaSystems, Business Process Management software solution (PEGA) PRPC 6.1 SP2 and higher, Pega Healthcare frameworks and Java/J2EE. Design and implement coding standards and best practices across the spectrum of PEGA including PEGA PRPC, Java, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, XML, Web services, SQL, and UML and using Query Analyzer, CVS, SVN and Rational clearcase tools. Develop and integrate with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application. Evaluate and test new and modified programs, applications and/or operating systems; monitor system functionality. Resolve business issues and recommend optimal configuration solutions within the PEGA core system environment including Oracle and MS SQL platforms; Apache tomcat and IBM Websphere application server platforms; Validate functional design, create technical design, technical capability recommendations. Perform impact analysis and effort estimates to implement any changes. Skills: PEGA PRPC, Java, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, XML, Web services, SQL, UML, Apache tomcat, IBM Websphere, CVS, SVN, IVR and CTI. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in unanticipated locations throughout the US. Only external candidates are eligible for consideration. Temporaries & contractors on assignment to JCG Technologies, Inc are considered internal. Former JCG Technologies, Inc employees or contractors are eligible if it has been more than six months since their break in service with JCG Technologies, Inc . External candidates who have previously applied and are in an active status in the JCG Technologies, Inc applicant tracking system may be eligible if they are referred for a specific position(s). Recruited resumes obtained either via job fairs or advertisements are not eligible. Referrals will be honored for six months from the original referral date.

A $500 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 6 months of hire when the following criteria have been met:
Referring JCG Technologies, Inc  employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments.
Referred applicant must be JCG Technologies, Incemployed at time of payments.

Employees must follow the described procedures to submit a referral for an open position to be eligible for the program. The referral information (see below) must be submitted prior to the date of hire, with specific requisition numbers listed. The completed Employee Referral Program document must be submitted separately by the referring JCG Technologies, Inc career employee to:
